Ticket Delivery
Digital Tickets
Digital tickets purchased through ArtTix are delivered to your ArtTix digital wallet. You can access them using the link in your confirmation email, by visiting wallet.arttix.org, or through the ArtTix app with your ArtTix login.
Each digital ticket includes a dynamic QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Screen shots and printed PDFs will not scan and will not be accepted for entry.
You are responsible for confirming that you can access your digital tickets before the event. If you do not receive your confirmation email or cannot see your tickets in your digital wallet, please contact ArtTix as soon as possible.
If transfers are permitted for an event, you may send tickets to another person from your ArtTix digital wallet. Only the person who holds the ticket in their wallet at the time of the event will be admitted.
Mail Delivery
Tickets sent by mail are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Tickets are mailed to the mailing address on the purchasing account. Incorrect billing or credit card information may delay processing and delivery.
Tickets lost in the mail will be converted to Will Call pickup and will not be re-mailed. You are responsible for notifying ArtTix if tickets are not received within the stated time frame.
Will Call
Tickets held at Will Call will be released only to the original purchaser. Valid photo ID may be required for pick up. To change the Will Call pick-up name, contact ArtTix at 801-355-2787 for instructions.
Replacement Tickets
Digital Tickets
For tickets purchased through ArtTix, replacement tickets may be available by contacting ArtTix. Reprints will be held at Will Call and released only to the original purchaser with a valid photo ID.
ArtTix is not responsible for tickets purchased through other ticketing agencies or for tickets that are lost, damaged, or destroyed.
Ticket Limits
When purchasing tickets, you may be limited to a specified number of tickets per event by the Event Presenter. Ticket limits, if applicable, are posted on the event page and are intended to discourage unfair ticket-buying practices.
ArtTix reserves the right to cancel any or all orders without notice if you exceed posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card, or other identifying information.
Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events
If a performance is canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled, ArtTix will attempt to notify you of your refund or exchange options. Because specific policies are set by the event provider, you may be directed to them for further assistance.
For changed dates or locations, the provider may limit refund or exchange availability; if you cannot attend the new date, contact ArtTix or the event provider with your order number to discuss options.
If an event is canceled entirely, ArtTix will automatically refund the ticket price and fees to the credit card used for the purchase. If you paid using a different method, please contact ArtTix directly. Only the original purchaser is eligible for a refund, and tickets bought at a retail outlet must be returned to that specific location.
ArtTix is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to event changes or cancellations.
Event Admission
Admission is subject to all venue policies, including age requirements and any extra fees for minors. Unless otherwise noted, the recommended minimum age for most shows is eight years old, and infants are not permitted. If you arrive late, you may not be seated until a suitable break, and some performances may not allow late seating at all; please check the specific event page for details. Additionally, entry may be refused if your tickets are damaged, lost, stolen, or purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation page or confirmation email after submitting payment, or if you experience an error message or service interruption, it is your responsibility to contact ArtTix to confirm whether your order was completed. ArtTix is not responsible for any losses if you assume an order was not placed because you did not receive a confirmation.
Pricing and Availability
ArtTix acts as an agent for event venues and does not set ticket prices or guarantee the accuracy of claims made by event providers. These providers reserve the right to change prices, seating, venues, or performers at any time. Because tickets are sold through various channels—online, by phone, and in person—popular events can sell out fast. While more tickets are sometimes released closer to a show date, ArtTix does not control if or when this additional inventory becomes available.
Stand-by Ticketing
Stand-by ticketing and seating is determined by event presenters. For questions on specific events, please contact ArtTix.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after your billing address and other billing information are verified. Incorrect billing or credit card details can delay processing and delivery.
If there is a problem with your billing information, ArtTix customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at purchase. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be canceled without further notice.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect for any reason (including errors in posted prices, communication errors, or tickets made available before the announced on-sale or pre-sale date), ArtTix reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Limitation of Liability
You voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event and including weather. On behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor, you waive any claims for personal injury or death against ArtTix, the event organizers, the venue, performers, participants, and all affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees.
Recording, Transmission, and Exhibition
You may not record, transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event.
You acknowledge that the event is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy regarding your conduct at the event.
